Dear Friends & Family,
I am joining in the charity drive efforts with TREK FOR HOPE (organised by Adventures Unlimited). This team of individuals not only hike & travel but they do it with heart. Their core belief is to lend a helping hand as they explore, embrace and enjoy the beauty of villages & communities throughout the world.
In 2018, Trek For Hope wants to continue to leave their legacy in Philippines & Nepal.
In Philippines, through the partnership with the local NGO – Oikos Agape Centre, this group has bought and donated a van after collecting funds over 3 years. The next venture is to help the Centre build a security fence around their surroundings. Drug addicts have been easily climbing over the low wall to steal from the Centre.

Funds Needed for Philippines $4,100SGD
In Nepal, the long term beneficiary is Nalang Village. This village was damaged by the 2014 Earthquake that hit Nepal. Through their local operator, who is the village grown boy, the team has raised funds to provide annual medical care and recreation activities for the village kids.
Education is key ... therefore the next initiative for Nalang Village is to provide their school with a fresh coat of paint. The team that is going to hike ABC & EBC in April 2018 will spend a day in the village painting the school building and creating a conducive learning environment.
Funds Needed for Nepal $3,500SGD
Raising the total amount of $7,600 will not be an easy feat. But we believe we can!!!
