Terms and conditiones

2. The entire amount is to be offset against future trip or purchase of AU merchandise
3. The amount in the account is valid for a year from the date of actual trip commencement. For ease of tracking, we will use the month of the trip.
4. Excludes any additional add-ons (e.g., rides, hotel stay extensions) incurred during a trip.
5. The amount is non-transferrable to another person. Each tour account is unique.
6. All the amount is based on SGD

It is an opportunity to come back to the excitement of travelling to a foreign country for the first time and how it felt to put your feet down on that land. Do you remember what it was like to eat something new to your tastebuds?

Pack A Friend Reward Scheme

​We know you have been referring your friends to join you on one of AU's exciting trips. Now, be rewarded for doing so!

We're thrilled to introduce our exciting new "Pack a Friend" reward program! Here's how it works:

1. Sign up for any of our thrilling trips and automatically receive a cashback (min 1%) on your land cost.
2. Bring along a friend on the same trip, and you'll earn an additional 1% cashback. Plus, your friend will also receive a cashback on their booking. It's a win-win!
3. The more friends you refer, the more cashback you'll rack up. Just make sure you and your referred friends participate in the same trip to be eligible for the reward.
As always, your well-deserved cashback will be credited to your Travel Bank account after completing the trip, just like our current arrangements.

Important Terms and Conditions:

➡️Cashback will not be backdated for participants who have already signed up. The "Pack a Friend" reward program applies only to new referrals starting from 9 May 2024.
➡️ In case of any disputes, we will consider the person named by the newly-referred participant as the official referrer.
➡️No special codes needed! Simply have your friend mention your name as their referral during sign-up.
➡️ To be eligible, the referred participant must name their referrer when signing up for the trip (within 24 hours of deposit payment)
➡️ 1% cashback reward on the nett land cost of your trip. This means the cashback is calculated on the base land cost after deducting any travel credits, single supplement rates, optional add-ons, and other extras.
➡️ 1% Refer-a-friend cashback on the nett land cost of your friend's trip. This means the cashback is calculated on the base land cost after deducting any travel credits, single supplement rates, optional add-ons, and other extras.
