Our 2019 Middle East Adventures will allow you the opportunity to retrace the steps of the Israelites as they walked away from their Egyptian bondage. As the tale is told in Exodus, these pilgrims followed a route that led them to Jordan before entering the Promised Land. You won’t be wandering the desert for 40 years on this journey. We do have 16 days of thrilling holiday adventure awaiting you.
Don’t miss this opportunity to spend Christmas in Bethlehem as you hike around the many holy sites and natural wonders that can only be found in this region. You will see 5,000-year-old shrines, follow ancient Roman paths, and visit the historical oasis where King David reportedly once hid from King Saul.
You will get to experience the wonder found at the Mount of Olives on this trip too, where the entire city of Jerusalem unfolds before the eyes. There is an opportunity to visit the Western Wall, the Pools of Bethesda, and take a walk along the Via Dolorosa and through the Zion Gate before visiting the Room of the Last Supper.
You will experience the stunning wonder of the Dead Sea and the monuments of Petra too. From the shores of the Sea of Galilee to the Shepherds’ Field and Grotto where the oral traditions say the angels appeared, you will discover that the ancient world fuses beautifully with the modern one to create a one-of-a-kind experience for visitors young and old alike.
Come for the adventure – stay in the memories.
