Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia, serves as a hub for various cultural institutions such as museums, galleries, and dining establishments. However the beautiful local nomadic people, traditional yet still comfortable accommodation, tent in the wild and breathtakingly unique scenery make it a destination that everyone should visit!

Elsen Tasarkhai is a scenic semi-desert located in the Bulgan province of Mongolia. It is known for its breathtaking sand dunes, rugged rocky areas, and sparse vegetation. This unique landscape offers visitors a chance to experience the beauty of the desert while being surrounded by stunning natural beauty. These large dunes stretch for some 80km and are worth stopping off at for those who are not planning to visit the much more spectacular Khongoryn Els in the Gobi Desert.

Tsenkher Hot Spring is the second hottest spring of Mongolia after Shargaljuut spring. Located at the Tsenkher Valley of Mongolia, It is known for its therapeutic properties and picturesque surroundings. The hot spring offers visitors a chance to relax and rejuvenate in the warm mineral-rich waters, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and lush green landscapes. It's a popular destination for locals and tourists seeking solace and natural beauty in the heart of Mongolia

Khuvsgul lake (Khovsgol Nuur) is located 101km from Murun province. The Khuvsgul lake is amazing pure lake which stretches 136km deep into the Siberian taiga, that is often referred to as the "Dark Blue Pearl" of the country. Khuvsgul lake is the deepest lake in Mongolia as well as the world's 14th largest source of fresh water. Altitude is 1645m above sea level . The lake has 2760 square km, 133.4km long, 262m deep. Historically the stunning lake was formed 7 million years ago.

Khorgo Extinct Volcano, it's an amazing volcano is situated on eastern part of the Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake. Its crater measures 200 metres in diameterand 70 to 80 metres in depth. The volcano covered with basalt makes pony hike from the bottom and it is reachable by foot from the lakes. Surrounding area is bit of small copses of trees and lava field which make the area awesome. It has been protected since 1965, fully in 1997, to safeguard spectacular mountain scenery and endangered fauna and flora

Tunkinskie National Park is a national park located in south central Siberia, Russia. It covers a mountainous region centered on the Irkut River valley that continues from the rift valley of Lake Baikal southwest to the border of Mongolia. The park was established in 1991 and has an area of about 12,000 square kilometers. It is home to diverse ecosystems, wildlife, and cultural heritage.

Lake Baikal is a large and ancient lake in Siberia, Russia. It is the deepest and oldest lake in the world, as well as the largest freshwater lake by volume. It contains about one-fifth of the world’s fresh surface water. It is home to many unique species of plants and animals, and it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Renowned as the deepest and oldest freshwater lake worldwide, it boasts breathtaking beauty and exceptional ecological importance. Its transparent waters host a diverse range of flora and fauna, some of which are exclusive to this location. Extending over a vast area, Lake Baikal is a testament to the mesmerizing wonders of nature.

Accommodations and facilities
In Mongolia, most tourist camps have modern washing facilities, such as showers and toilets, but they are separate from the Ger. In Russia on the Baikal lake, you can expect more standard facilities, such as private bathrooms and Wi-Fi, but they may not be available in remote areas.

• Singapore departure to Ulaanbaatar International Airport (UBN).
• Late night arrival in UBN, coach transfer to hotel. Rest for the night.

Day 2, 18 July 2024 (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

• Journey to Elsen Tasarkhai (Little Gobi).
  
  • Visit Nomad family / camel / horse riding (optional)

Day 3, 19 July 2024 (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

• Journey to Tsenkher hot spring through Kharhorin, the ancient capital of Mongolia. In between, visit Erdene-Zuu Monastery & Kharkhorin historical site.

• Journey to Khorgo extinct volcano and Terkhiin tsagaan lake.

Day 5, 21 July 2024 (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

• Journey to Shine-Ider town.
• Est. distance & duration: 225km / 4 to 5 hours.

Day 6, 22 July 2024 (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

• Journey to Khuvsgul lake (Khovsgol Nuur/Lake Khovsgol).
• Est. distance & duration: 220km / 3.5 to 4 hours.

Accommodation: Tourist Ger Camp, Alag tsar.

Day 7, 23 July 2024 (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

• Journey to Khankh town, located in the north shore of the Khuvsgul lake.
• Est. distance & duration: 180km / 5 hours.

Accommodation: Tourist Ger Camp, North Khuvsgul.

Day 8, 24 July 2024 (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

• Cross the border of Mongolia and Russia, and head towards to Tunkinsky National Park in Russia.
  
  • Leisure short nature hike / Wildlife viewing and etc.

Accommodation: Wooden house/hotel, national park.

Day 9, 25 July 2024 - Day 10, 26 July 2024 (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

• Journey to Lake Baikal Nature Reserve Park.
• Est. distance & duration: 245km / 3.5 - 4 hours.
• On day 10, explore the Lake Baikal: short leisure hike/walk along the shore, boat ride / kayaking, and rest & relax.

Day 11, 27 July 2024 (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

• Cross the border of Russia and Mongolia, and head towards to Selenge province of Mongolia.
• Est. distance & duration: 500km / 6 to 7 hours.

Accommodation: Tourist Ger Camp, Anun.

Day 12, 28 July 2024 (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

• Heading back to Ulaanbaatar City. Farewell dinner.
• Est. distance & duration: 350km / 4 to 5 hours.

Accommodation: Hotel, Ulaanbaatar City.

Day 13, 29 July 2024 (Breakfast)

• City tour in the morning, approx 3 to 4hrs. After that, free & easy (lunch and dinner at own expenses).

Day 14, 30 July 2024 (Breakfast)

• After breakfast, coach transfer to airport and flying back to Singapore.
• Home sweet home.(+1 day SG arrival)

- Bookings cancelled 60 -46 days prior to arrival –50% of the total amount will be reimbursed excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Bookings cancelled 45-31 days prior to arrival – 70% of the total amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee excluding the nonrefundable deposit.
