Chapter 2 of the Heroes Series continues our exploration into the mountains of China. There will be great drama along this journey. Perhaps some swashbuckling may occur. Kung fu is always a possibility. There will definitely be moments of zen.
 
Join us as we visit Mt. Huashan in Xian and Song Mountain, the location of the famed Shaolin temple. Experience sites like the Terracotta Army, Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Wander ancient streets, zoom along on a bullet train, and see fantastic wonders that rival anything the imagination can produce.
 
In experiencing the past, we can learn truths that have been passed down for generations. In the future, we have the ability to set our own destiny. That means this present moment has more power in it than we often realize. That power can change the world.

Chapter One - Heroes at the Peak 绝顶高手

The Itinerary

15/10 Transfer from Xian airport to your centrally located hotel by our private van with driver and English speaking tour guide.

16/10 Pick up from your hotel by our English guide. Visit the Terracotta Figures Reproduction Factory & Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. Lunch. Shopping in downtown city. Visit Bell & Drum Tower Square & Muslim Quarter

17/10 Xian museum. Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda Scenic Area. Vist the Xian Ancient City Wall. Transfer back to your hotel.

18/10 - Day Free and Easy. Pick up by our driver and English guide from your hotel in the evening. Drive 2 hours from Xian city to Mt.Huashan. Arrving at the tourist center, the guide will assist you to buy the entrance ticket. Start trekking from the foot of the mountain -You will pass by a few famous sites from north peak to east peak. And it takes about 6 hours from the mountain foot to the east peak. Rest in the East peak and wait for the sunrise.

19/10 Watch the beautiful sunrise at east peak. Continue to explore the south peak, west peak and back to north peak to take cable car down or hiking down from the route -Soldiers Trail (智取华山路). Get on the shuttle bus return to the parking lot and then transfer to take the bullet train to Luoyang. Meet and greeted by our local guide at Luoyang train station. 

20/10 Pick up by our driver and English guide from your hotel. Drive 1.5 hours to the Shaolin Temple & Mt.Songshan Scenic Area- Starway Mt.Songshan - Luoyang -Sightseeing at the Shaolin Temple (usually it takes about 2.5 - 3 hours) -Take cable car to Sanhuangzhai and start your hiking from here. End the day hiking down the mountain and back to Luoyang. Overnight at hotel.

21/10 Visit world heritage site, the Longmen Grottoes. Wandering over the Lijingmen ancient street. Have lunch before transferring to take bullet train for Xian . Pick up by our driver from Xian North Train Station and transfer to Xian.

22/10 Xian. Free and Easy. Transfer to Xian International airport. Depart for Singapore.

Anyone with good fitness and sense of balance can come. Ideally, you should have some hiking experience. Those who suffers from acrophobia should avoid this trek. ​

1. This event is organised by Adventures Unlimited (TA02844), a licensed travel agent registered with the Singapore Tourism Board.

2. Insurance
