Sunday · October 7th Petra Amman – the Baptism Site – Madaba – Mount Nebo – Petra We drive to the Jordan Valley, to Bethany at the Jordan River, commonly known as the Baptism Site, the place where the baptism of Jesus Christ by John the Baptist took place. We also visit Elijah's Hill where Prophet Elijah ascended to heaven. Afterwards proceed to Mount Nebo, the place where Prophet Moses gazed at the Promised Land before he died. Furthermore enjoy the view of the Jordan Valley and parts of the Holy Land. We continue to Madaba, to St. George Church where we see the famous mosaic 6th century map of Palestine. Transfer to Petra Hotel through the desert highway and overnight. |
Monday · October 8th Petra Full Day Tour - Wadi Rum Today , visit Petra , This fascinating ancient Nabatean capital dominated long time the Arabian trade routes, and is a must see in the Middle East. You pass the Siq, a narrow gorge where you get the first close views of the colorful sandstone, ending at the beautiful Treasury. Walk along the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs, the Theatre and Qasr Al Bint. Free time on your own, then walk the same way back to the entrance gate. Proceed to Mount Tabor, the traditional site of the transfiguration of the Lord and where we will celebrate the Holy Mass on the first day of our pilgrimage together. Thursday · October 11th Cana - Tiberias- Tabgha - Capernaum We start the day with a Mass and Renewal of Marriage Vows at the Church of the Wedding Feast in Cana. Travel to Mount Beatitudes where Jesus preached the Sermon on the Mount. Continue on to Tabgha and visit the Church of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fish. Proceed to the Church of the Primacy of Peter where Jesus asked Peter three times, Peter, do you love me?We end the morning in Capernaum and visit the House of Peter and the Synagogue of Jesus. Today, for lunch, we will feast on St. Peters Fish which Jesus and His disciples used to eat. After lunch, well enjoy a Boat Ride on the Sea of Galilee, Dinner and overnight in Nazareth. |

Friday · October 12th Tiberias- Haifa - Caesarea - Jaffa - Jerusalem After breakfast , check out from the hotel , drive to Mount Carmel where we visit the Cave of Elijah where the prophet Elijah prayed for rain after three and a half years of drought and famine. We will pass by the beautiful hanging garden of the Bahai Faith and enjoy the spectacular view of the port of Haifa. Travel to Caesarea and Visit the Roman water aqueduct. Continue on to Jaffa and view the House of Simon the Tanner and the beautiful beach promenade and skyline of Tel Aviv. Drive to Jerusalem for Dinner. Overnight in Jerusalem. |
Saturday · October 13th Bethlehem - Beit Sahur - Ein Karem - Jersusalem We begin visit the Wailing Wall, the holiest site for the Jews. Drive to Bethlehem and visit the Church of the Nativity, the birthplace of Jesus. Continue on to the Shepherds Field where we sing Christmas carols. Ascend up to Jerusalem and end the day in Ein Kerem, the hometown village of John the Baptist and visit the Church of the Visitation where Mary visited her cousin Elizabeth , drive to back to Jerusalem. Sunday · October 14th Mt.Of Olive - Jericho - Dead Sea Ascend up to Mount of Olives and visit the Pater Noster, the traditional site of the ascension of the Lord and Dominus Flevit, where Jesus wept over Jerusalem. Descend on foot to the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus agonized in prayer prior to his betrayal and arrest. Travel to Jericho, the oldest and lowest city in the world and visit the Sycamore Tree of Zaccheus, Tel Jericho the ancient city conquered by Joshua and the Israelites, and the Mount of Temptation where Satan tempted Jesus. We end the day floating in the Dead Sea and enjoying its therapeutic water and mud. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem. |

Proceed to the Church of the Condemnation and the Church of the Flagellation where we start our Via Dolorosa on the way to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the traditional site of the crucifixion, death, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Proceed to Mount Zion and visit the Upper Room where Jesus had the Last Supper and the Dormition Abbey where our Blessed Mother went to sleep and assumed to heaven. Continue to the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu, the traditional House of Caiaphas where Jesus was kept in the dungeon. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem. |

Wednesday · October 17th Israel - Qumran - St. Catherine We begin the day visiting Israel Museum, the holiest site for the Jews. View Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls where discovered. Visit the Ahava Dead Sea Factory and view Lot's Wife who turned into a pillar of salt in Mount Sodom. Travel all the way to the Taba Border where we cross over to Egypt. Today, we leave Israel with unforgettable and life changing experiences and wealth of memories to cherish and to treasure. Cross Taba border of Egypt with assistance on both borders. Arrive Sinai then transfer to hotel in St. Catherine for check in, dinner and overnight. |

Thursday · October 18th St. Catherine - Cairo Visit St. Catherine's monastery- officially "Sacred Monastery of the God-Trodden Mount Sinai" lies on the Sinai Peninsula, at the mouth of a gorge at the foot of Mount Sinai, in the city of Saint Catherine, Egypt in the South Sinai. The monastery is controlled by the autonomous Church of Sinai, part of the wider Eastern Orthodox Church, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built between 548AD and 565AD, the monastery is one of the oldest working Christian monasteries in the world. Dinner and overnight in Cairo. |
Friday · October 19th Cairo - Giza After breakfast visit Egyptian Museum, where you can see the finest displays of artifacts, relics, statues and Jewelries from all of the pharaohs reigns. Adventure Unlimited group is awesome !
